Terms of Service

By accessing or using KalOps.ai (the "Service"), operated by Kal Solutions Group, an Israeli company, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

KalOps.ai is an AI-powered business operations platform that lets you deploy AI agents to handle CRM, WhatsApp, email, calendar, and other business workflows. Agents act on your data only at your direction and within the permissions you grant. Access to the Service is provided on a subscription (SaaS) basis.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Use your account's admin controls to manage which team members can access which data and features.
• Use communication channels such as WhatsApp and email only in compliance with applicable anti-spam and messaging laws, including obtaining consent before messaging contacts.

Paid plans renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Non-payment may result in suspension or limitation of your access to the Service until the outstanding balance is resolved.

We may change our prices from time to time. We will give you reasonable advance notice before any price change takes effect for your account.

You own the business data you upload to or generate through the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data on your behalf and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We maintain backups of Customer Data and can provide an export of your data on request.

Content generated by AI agents — including emails, messages, summaries, and recommendations — may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to a third party. The Service does not provide professional, legal, or financial advice, and AI outputs should not be treated as such.

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp/Meta, and payment processors. Use of these integrations is also governed by each provider's own terms. You may revoke access to a connected integration at any time from Settings. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

The Service, including its software, design, and AI agent framework, is owned by Kal Solutions Group and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you upload or create through the Service remains yours. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service.

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our prior written agreement.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications through the Service's messaging channels.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and may add, change, or remove features as the Service evolves.

To the extent permitted by law, Kal Solutions Group's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time; you may cancel your subscription from Settings, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Upon termination, you will have a reasonable window to export your Customer Data. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property and limitation of liability — remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
