Cookie Policy

This policy lists the cookies and similar browser storage that KalOps.ai (operated by Kal Solutions Group) uses on kalops.ai and in the KalOps.ai web app, what each one is for, and how long it is kept.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and that are sent back to that website with later requests. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps data in your browser for use by the page. We use both only for the purposes described below.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are needed to sign you in, keep your session secure, remember the language you chose and remember your cookie choice. They are first-party cookies set by kalops.ai and are not used for tracking or advertising. Because the service cannot work without them, they are always on.

3. Local storage in your browser
The web app also keeps some settings in your browser's local storage. They are first-party, stay in your browser, and are removed when you clear this site's data in your browser.

4. Third-party services
Some pages use services of other companies, which may set their own cookies under their own policies:
- Google Sign-In: the sign-in and registration pages load Google's sign-in script so that you can use "Sign in with Google". Google may set cookies when this script loads.
- Embedded videos (YouTube, Vimeo): a video player is loaded only after you accept "External media" in the cookie settings or click to load that video. YouTube videos use the youtube-nocookie.com address. The provider may set cookies once the player loads.
- Links to other services: links such as WhatsApp or payment pages open the provider's own website; any cookies there are set by that provider.
5. Analytics and advertising
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we decide to add any, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before they are used.
6. Managing your choice
You can change your choice at any time:
- Cookie settings: use the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer or on the sign-in page to reopen your choice. A change takes effect immediately.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
If you block the strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the web app.
7. Your consent record
When you make a choice in the cookie banner, we store the choice, the version of the banner and the date in your browser (local storage and the kalops_consent cookie). It is kept for 12 months; after that, or when the banner changes, we ask again.
8. Changes and contact
