    Validated tools with typed schemas connect agents to email, WhatsApp, calendars, telephony, documents, finance and external APIs. Write-capable tools can require approval before execution.

    Tasks route to the most suitable AI model per task class, with a multi-provider fallback chain so a single provider outage does not stop the business.

  6. Data & systems

    Your CRM, ERP, mailboxes, databases, documents and legacy systems stay where they are. KALOPS reads and writes through governed connectors β€” it does not replace your infrastructure.
