Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 2026

Kal Solutions Group is committed to ensuring that KalOps.ai is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to comply with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Service), 5773-2013 (תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

1. Our Commitment

We believe that every person deserves equal access to technology. KalOps.ai is designed and developed with accessibility in mind from the ground up, not as an afterthought. Our team continuously works to improve the accessibility of our platform for all users.

2. Standards We Follow

We aim to conform to the following standards:

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA: The internationally recognized standard for web accessibility
  • Israeli Standard SI 5568: The Israeli accessibility standard for web content, based on WCAG 2.0 and extended for local requirements
  • WAI-ARIA 1.2: Accessible Rich Internet Applications specification for dynamic web content
  • Section 508: U.S. federal accessibility requirements (for international compliance)

3. Accessibility Features

KalOps.ai includes the following accessibility features:

  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard. A "Skip to main content" link is provided on every page.
  • Screen Reader Support: Semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and live regions ensure compatibility with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
  • RTL Support: Full right-to-left layout support for Hebrew content, including bidirectional text handling
  • Color Contrast: Text and interactive elements maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 (AA level)
  • Resizable Text: Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Focus Indicators: Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
  • Alt Text: Meaningful alternative text for all informational images
  • Form Labels: All form inputs have associated labels and error messages
  • Reduced Motion: Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query

4. Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas are still being improved:

  • AI Chat Interface: Streaming AI responses may not be fully announced by all screen readers in real time. We are working on improved ARIA live region support.
  • PDF Documents: Some generated PDF reports (invoices, proposals) may not be fully tagged for screen reader accessibility.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Embedded widgets from third-party services (payment forms, WhatsApp) may have varying levels of accessibility.
  • Dashboard Charts: Data visualizations include text alternatives but may not convey all data points to screen readers.

We are actively working to address these limitations in upcoming releases.

5. Testing & Audits

We regularly test our platform for accessibility using:

  • Automated tools (axe-core, Lighthouse accessibility audits)
  • Manual keyboard-only navigation testing
  • Screen reader testing with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
  • Color contrast analysis
  • User testing with people with disabilities

6. Accessibility Coordinator
